i-frt interface is designed in consultation with experienced professionals from Cargo Industry and is very easy to learn and use. Training manuals, audio-video presentations and live support makes it extremely easy for even novice users.

 

Q. Can you provide onsite training?.
On request from customers, i-frt onsite training can be provided during the trial run itself and after signing the EULA with us we will provide 40 hours training to upto 6 i-frt business users.

Yes , we can setup a 30 days trial run for i-frt full version with all the features.

Q. Does i-frt system have an accounting package?
Yes, i-frt has a full fledged accounting system customized as per cargo industry requirement.

Q.Where the i-frt solution will be hosted?
I-frt will be hosted in our dedicated server or in the client's server . We always recommend to host on our server since we already provide the best features and the customer can also save the server setup cost

Q. Do I have to re-enter my information into i -frt System?
No – The data will flow from quotation in sales modules and populate necessary fields in documentation and accounting modules. Hence duplication of data entry is totally avoided in documentation and accounting module

 

Q. How Job No (File No ) is created in i-frt
i-frt creates automatic job no (file no) with prefix for each module like AE , SE , AI , SI . There is also the facility for manual numbering in case of such a requirement .

 

Q. How often can I backup my data?

Database backup can be generated daily from the server using i-frt backup facility and can be safely stored in your local back up devices.

 

Q. Is there any facility to set user access rights?
Yes, Users rights for View , Edit , Delete, Print , Add can be setup while creating the user .

 

Q. What about the reports ?
I-frt can generate reports for Job wise profitability, Container wise profitability, Cargo sales report etc.
